Dying language in Peru

Hello,
it's a story about four students of antropology and linguistics who work in San Antonio, a Peruvian village, to preserve and revitalize an endangered language named Iquito.
This language is only spoken by twenty six people, so the San Antonio community, deceided that Iquito must be preserved and teached to the youngest.
Students created a dictionary and began teaching classes to twenty adults and thirty five youth.

I find this article very interesting because students don't only preserve this dying language as it's often made.They also teach Iquito to the community to make it alive again.And then,two students thave been conducting humanitarian aid work in the past.It prove that they do more than linguistic's studies.They are helpful and it's not very usual in our time...
